How long before I can receive my order?
We ship same day if ordered before 2:00pm on weekdays. If ordered on a weekend, your order will ship Monday. Most orders shipped in the USA will arrive in a week.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your policy for returns/exchanges?
Returns for your item(s) may be placed within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The customer will be responsible for and return shipping costs unless an error on the part of Smooth Like Butta is the reason for the return, and neither the original nor the return shipping charges will be refunded to the customer.
